AI agents are moving from demos to desks

The most important change in enterprise AI is easy to miss. The interface may still look like a chat window, but the software behind it is beginning to plan work, call tools and return completed outcomes.

For small teams, the practical opportunity is to identify repetitive work that already has a checklist. Lead qualification, meeting follow-up and weekly reporting are better starting points than open-ended strategy.
